1 Perfumes-4U Ltd only sell genuine products. We do not sell any copies or fakes.

2 All stock and prices are subject to availability.

3 All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT.

4 Photos are used for illustration only and are generally an image of the fragrance bottle. Please read carefully the exact product and packaging descriptions supplied before ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified.

5 Damaged boxed stock are 100% genuine, they have never been used or on display. Please read carefully the exact packaging descriptions before ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified.

6 Please note special offer prices are only valid if the the item is purchased at the offer price. Perfumes-4U Ltd will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer.

7 All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.

8 According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Perfumes-4U Ltd permission to do so.

9 Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Perfumes-4U Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

10 Perfumes-4U Ltd reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case.

11 If Perfumes-4U Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. Perfumes-4U Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

12 Orders returned 'Not Called For" by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the costs of products upon receipt, less the cost of the postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.

13 Orders not recieved, which were dispatched by Standard Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days.

14 If an order is not received you must notify Perfumes-4U Ltd in writing by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

15 Perfumes-4U Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

16 In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Perfumes-4U Ltd will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Perfumes-4U Ltd will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and their return postage.

18 Flat rate postage of £4.95 is limited to the size of the mailing bag measuring 42 x 46cm and not exceeding 20kg. If either of these requirements are not met we reserve the right to increase the postage cost at cost rate.

19 None of the above effects your statutory rights.

Parfum
Most concentrated type of fragrance which is also the thickest liquid, therefore it usually comes in smaller bottles and are applied straight onto the skin onto your wrists or neck area. Because of the thick consistency they are the slowest releasing and longest lasting type of fragrance.

Eau De Perfume (EDP)
Less concentrated than a Perfume but still highly concentrated fragrance which means its lasting power on the skin should be longer than EDT. Please note this depends on the individual personal chemistry of the wearer as well as the outside conditions. Most EDPs come in a spray form.

Eau De Toilette (EDT)
Probably the most common type of body fragrance, it is not as concentrated as EDP and usually comes with a spray applicator. It can found in both Ladies’ and Men’s fragrances. There are some unisex fragrances available on the market; which are also EDTs.

Eau De Cologne (EDC)
Eau De Cologne is not a very common these days and has been replaced by EDTs in the recent years. This type of fragrance has got the shortest lasting power due to the way it has been put together.

Aftershave
As oppose to the above three (which are meant for wrists, neck and/or crook of your arms) an Aftershave is meant for facial skin. It contains less alcohol than the other types of fragrances because it is intended for use on facial skin. It usually comes in a splash rather than a spray.

Perfumed Lotions, Shower Gels and Other Products
These usually accompany the fragrance in all sorts of gift packs and combination. The reason for manufacturers to make these is that they accompany the fragrance and may help intensify the impact of the fragrance on your skin.
