What is the postage charge?
We charge £4.95 flat rate postage on all our UK mainland orders, so the more you buy the more you save on postage. On international orders we charge £19.95 flat rate for postage which covers International Signed on most items up to 2kg.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship worldwide; the postage charge for international orders is £19.95 and most items are sent by recorded post so it can be tracked in most countries. If the order exceeds 2kg additional charges may apply. The customer will be notified of these via email.
How can I order?
The quickest way is to order through our website, where you can pay by PayPal in two ways. You can either use your paypal account, or, if you do not have one you can enter your card details into PayPal Secure Card Processing option. You do not need an account to pay via PayPal. If you would prefer to order over the phone or email you can contact us on +44 (0)161 941 2484 or email@example.com and place your order. Please take note of full product description (including size, type and whether it is a set or a single fragrance) – this makes the ordering process more efficient. If for any reason you would prefer an alternative form of payment see below.
Can I pay by any other means except PayPal?
We do accept cheques and postal orders. When paid by cheque we wait for the clearance of the cheque before we dispatch the items. Postal Order/Cheque to be sent to: Perfumes-4u Ltd, Unit 1, Atlas Point, 50 Davenport Lane, Broadheath, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 5DT. You can also pay by a direct transfer. If you wish to use this option, please call us on +44 (0)161 941 2484 and ask for our bank details to make a payment.
What is the safest way to pay?
All ways of payment are secure using our website. Both PayPal options are secure and convenient. If you wish to use another method of payment see above.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We strive to process and despatch our orders on the same day – providing the order has been completed (payment for order has been confirmed) before 12pm. However we hold large amounts of stock in our warehouse in the UK and for some items it may take up to 3 working days for the order to be despatched in which case we will email you to let you know asap. For international orders we strive to provide the same excellent service. We despatch all orders as soon as we have all items available in stock in the office by a trackable service.
Are all your products originals?
All our products are 100% originals and not testers.
Why is it such a good price?
We buy them in bulk which keeps the price down therefore we can sell them at a low price. See our About Us for further details and also links to our eBay and Amazon feedback page.
Why does the price of identical item vary on eBay/Amazon from your Website?
When selling through online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon every seller is charged a fee based on a percentage of the price of the product. This is why we have to build this charge into the price of the product. When we sell a perfume or a cosmetic item through our website, we do not pay any charges; this means the product can be sold cheaper.
Are your products new and boxed?
All products listed on the website are new and have not been used. They all come in original packaging unless stated otherwise. Majority are still factory sealed. Please note, some items may have been taken out for photographic purposes.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping Service?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping on the website as an option. However, if you would like your order gift wrapped or to include a special message, please get in touch with us on +44 (0)161 941 2484 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to help. We also sometimes offer gift wrapping services for limited periods of time, so watch this space.
What do I do if the item I want is showing out of stock?
Sometimes we leave products showing after we have sold out because we are likely to get them back in stock shortly. Email email@example.com or contact us for any more details.
I am after a perfume I cannot see listed on your website. Can you help?
We are always happy to source any discontinued or rare perfumes for customers, so if you have been struggling in finding what you want, we will do our best to help. All you need to do is get in touch with us here and we will see what we can do!
What is your return policy?
All the returns need to be made within 7 days of receiving the item (item is considered received once it has been signed for). Items need to be returned to us in unused, re-saleable condition. Items need to be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
